Appointments
Routine appointments can be made at reception or by calling either practice. Please give as much notice as possible of cancellations so that the appointment can be offered to another patient.
Signposting
All General Practice staff in Greater Glasgow and Clyde area have been trained in signposting. This means that when you telephone the surgery to book an appointment, the receptionist will ask for some information on your problem so you can be directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional. If your problem is of a personal nature, please explain this to the receptionist. All information will be treated confidentially as with all healthcare providers
Urgent Appointments & Telephone Advice.
If you feel your problem is urgent and you require to be seen the same day, please let the receptionist know and she will either give you an appointment as soon as possible on that day or arrange a telephone consultation with the doctor.
